Following terms and conditions will apply to all of our customers, who make a booking:

Booking customer Age:          

The person must be at least 18 years old to make a booking of any hotel displayed on our website.

Booking Payment:       

 You are subject to make payment for accommodation booked on checkinaccommodation.com site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount shown on the booking page will debited will be the amount on booking page prior to clicking on “Pay Now” button. Your credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars. The credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may charged foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.

Booking Changes:

We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that: The listed accommodation provider may not be able to cancel or change bookings made or to do this they may charge. Please see their cancellation policy on the relevant property details page and booking page, which can be accessed prior to make a booking. Administration charge is applicable if you change or cancel booking. If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.

Requirements upon Check-in:

We do not provide your credit card details to any accommodation provider and as such you will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges.The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.To eliminate fraud and manage proper security, the accommodation provider will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage. Also this will be used for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

Site Information:        

We try to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate and up to date; however, as considerable information is accessed from our accommodation partners, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

Liability:

Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site. We sell accommodation from inventory supplied by each accommodation provider and we do not over-sell that inventory (we cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms caused by an accommodation provider over-selling its own inventory).

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We receive payments from our accommodation suppliers for the provision of our booking service.
